Beautiful Day projects are targeted at schools that require beautification of the school grounds, the teachers' rooms or other various aspects of the school. A group of volunteers arrive to complete the project within in one full day (however some projects can take a weekend). By the time we leave, we've given the schools a new hope reflected in the beauty of their school.
Beautiful Day program has three objectives:- Physical improvement of the school and the school property.
- Morale builder for the school's staff, students and families.
- Relation building between the schools and the Serve The Peninsula volunteers.
Some of our Beautiful Day projects are: Garfield School, Kennedy School, Roosevelt School and Taft School.
